Artwork and Framing
How do I know my artwork is authentic?
All of the artwork included on our site are either artist originals or limited edition archival digital prints. In the case of prints we will always list the size of the edition an ensure they are of the highest color and paper quality. The artists we've included have been carefully selected and all have stellar creative careers, should you wish to receive additional information about a particular artist we would be happy to provide it, just email us: firstname.lastname@example.org
What does 'edition' refer to?
The edition size refers to how many of that particular print have been produced. A printed photograph or a silkscreen print may be an edition of 10 which indicates that only 10 of those images will ever be printed.
Do I have to buy my piece framed?
All pieces are available both unframed and framed with the exception of one or two with complex mounting that requires they remain framed. These pieces won't have an "Unframed" option in the product selection page. Of course, we would always recommend you have your piece framed both to allow for its beautiful display but also its long-term preservation and protection against the affects of UV, air pollutants and surface damage.
How is my artwork framed?
All framed artworks arrive ready to hang, affixed with picture wire. We use the highest, museum-quality products in the framing process, with UV filtering acrylic glazing used for safe shipping and acid-free mat board and backing materials making it a fully archival process. Do I have to order the specified frame?
No, each piece has been paired with a carefully selected frame that both we and the artists believe complement the piece beautifully. However we also understand that you may have a particular preference for your framing and so would be happy to accommodate. The price will likely fluctuate from the listed "Framed" price on the product depending on the alternate type of frame you select but we will provide a quote for your custom framing prior to confirming your order.
Are the colors exactly as they appear on my screen?
We work hard to ensure that all images of both artworks and frames are displayed accurately; however, different devices can display digital image color in incredibly varied ways and we unfortunately don't have full control over that.
Can I see artwork in person?

Orders, Shipping & Returns
How long does framing & shipping take?
Depending on your location, artwork typically arrives approximately 3 weeks after your order is confirmed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! However because shipping costs can differ widely between countries, you won't have your exact shipping costs displayed upon checkout. You will select your location and we will follow up via email with a shipping quote for your particular region.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes we are available for assisting with installation in the Boston area. After confirming you order just get in touch via email or phone to discuss your needs and we will provide a quote.
How is shipping calculated?
We ship with FedEx and shipping rates depend on the dimensions of the packed artwork, the location it is shipping to and the insurance value of the artwork.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final.
What do I do if my piece arrives damaged?
While occasional damage by FedEx, USPS, and art handlers in transit is out of our control, we are happy to work with you to resolve these issues if damage does occur.
